Project Enquiries and Website Forms
When you submit information through a form on this website, we collect the information requested so that we can assess and respond to your submission.
This information is provided to Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so it can operate the website and process form submissions on our behalf. Form submissions may be stored within Squarespace, delivered to us by email and stored in Google Drive for enquiry management and business record keeping.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige us to accept a commission.
Email Communications and Mailchimp
If you subscribe to studio news or other marketing communications, your name, email address, communication preferences and related engagement information may be stored and processed through Mailchimp.
Mailchimp helps us manage subscriber lists, distribute emails and understand whether communications are delivered, opened or selected. Mailchimp may use pixels and similar technologies to collect information such as an IP address, browser or device information, email opens, link selections and the date and time of an interaction.
We use this information to administer subscriptions and improve the relevance of our communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each marketing email or by contacting us.
Mailchimp processes information in accordance with its own privacy practices, available at mailchimp.com/legal.

browser, device and operating-system information;
pages viewed and time spent on the website;
referring websites and traffic sources;

Google may process this information in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. Depending on your device, browser and Google account settings, Google may associate activity from this website with other information it holds.
Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to measure visits to the website, understand the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and develop or refine advertising audiences.
Meta Pixel may collect or receive information about:

measure and improve advertising.
Necessary cookies support the operation of the website. Non-essential cookies may be used by Squarespace Analytics, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
Where required by applicable law, we seek consent before enabling non-essential cookies. You can manage your choices through the cookie controls displayed on the website and through your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect certain functions and may make analytics less accurate.
You can also review the privacy and cookie controls available through Google, Meta and Mailchimp.

If you have a question or concern about how we have handled personal information, please contact us. Include sufficient information for us to understand and investigate the matter.
We will acknowledge the complaint and aim to respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response and the Privacy Act applies, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Our website may contain links to Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other external websites. Once you leave our website, your interaction with those services is governed by their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the privacy, security or content of external websites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before providing personal information.
