Tactile Light

Light, texture and craftsmanship shape the experience of this serene residence. The clients favoured a quiet expression of luxury, resulting in interiors where material quality and finely resolved details take precedence over overt decoration. A pale neutral palette allows geometric joinery, relief surfaces and bespoke furniture to emerge gradually.

The deep blue entrance hall offers a moment of contrast, displaying art with gallery-like clarity before giving way to the lighter rooms beyond. Natural timber, woven finishes and brass detailing lend warmth, while sculptural references to coral and driftwood establish a subtle connection to nature. Calm but never minimal, the home rewards closer inspection with the richness of its surfaces and the precision of its craftsmanship.
