Interior Design Sourcing & Project coordination
From our Brisbane studio, we manage approved designs through sourcing, procurement and delivery across Australia and internationally. We coordinate the orders, makers, suppliers and logistics needed to realise each scheme.
We obtain quotations, place and track orders, monitor lead times and liaise with specialist craftspeople and the project team. Clear reporting provides visibility, while careful coordination protects quality and reduces delays.
Our relationships with Australian and international makers and suppliers support sourcing furniture, lighting, textiles and bespoke pieces. Each decision balances design, quality, availability and timing so the finished interior remains true to the approved scheme.

From the World’s Best Makers
-
Daniel draws on more than two decades of relationships with European ateliers, international design houses, trade-only showrooms, Australian makers and specialist artisans in stone, timber, metal, glass and textiles. Many of these pieces are not available at retail, and sourcing is guided by your Personal Design Code rather than a single supplier's catalogue.
-
Yes. Through relationships built over an international career, Daniel commissions furniture, lighting, textiles and decorative pieces from the makers who do them best, in Australia and abroad. When bespoke pieces are produced across several countries, lead times and logistics are planned from the outset so every element arrives together.
-
Yes. Daniel works with dealers, galleries, and specialist suppliers worldwide to source vintage and antique furniture, lighting, and objects. These pieces give an interior a depth and individuality that new pieces alone cannot.
-
Daniel sources stone and timber through direct relationships with specialist suppliers, giving access to book-matched slabs, select blocks and limited lots. This allows the most distinctive material to be secured for a home before it reaches the open market.
-
The studio manages international procurement end to end, including freight, transit insurance and customs clearance. Lead times and shipping are built into the project programme from the outset, and long-lead pieces are expedited through established systems so they arrive in time for installation.
-
The studio obtains quotations from makers and suppliers, presents them clearly and places orders only once you have approved them. Each order is then documented and tracked through to delivery.
-
The studio tracks every quotation, order and lead time, and reports progress to you clearly and regularly. Quality is checked with makers and suppliers along the way, so any issue is resolved before it affects the programme.
-
The studio takes responsibility. Because it manages procurement, it handles insurance claims, repairs and replacements directly with the maker or carrier, so the issue is resolved without adding to your workload.
