We manage the final stage of a project, coordinating interior installation and final styling for homes in Brisbane, across Australia and internationally. We organise deliveries and placement so furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories are installed as intended.

During installation, we direct the arrangement of each room, refining the positioning of furniture, artwork and accessories until the composition feels balanced. We review the interior on site against the approved design, resolve defects and complete quality checks.

The result is a cohesive, finished home, ready to live in from handover. Every element is considered within the wider interior, carrying the original design intent through to the final detail.

Finished to the Last Detail

  • Daniel Kostiuc Interior Design does. Every approved item is ordered, tracked, received, inspected, stored where needed and installed, with any damage or delays resolved before they reach you. The home is then styled in full, so handover is a finished home rather than a set of deliveries.

  • Yes. The studio accepts a limited number of commissions each year so that Daniel can remain personally involved from concept through to installation, directing the arrangement of each room on site.

  • For most projects, the studio receives furniture, lighting, art and other non-construction items at its own warehouse facility. Each item is checked on arrival and stored there until the site is ready to receive everything, keeping pieces safe and away from construction work. Delivery and installation are then scheduled with the builder and trades, so the home is furnished in one coordinated stage.

  • The studio uses specialist white-glove art and furniture handlers for valuable and delicate pieces. Deliveries are consolidated and installed under supervision, with art hung and every room styled before handover.

  • Artwork placement is planned during design and refined on site. Daniel directs the hanging and positioning of each piece in relation to furniture, sightlines and lighting, with specialist art handlers for valuable works.

  • Final styling brings an interior to life. Daniel refines the positioning of furniture, art and accessories room by room until each composition feels balanced, and completes the home down to books, objects and flowers.

  • The studio adjusts the programme with your builder and project manager. Completed furniture, lighting and art are held in secure, climate-controlled storage until the site is ready, and installation is rescheduled to follow practical completion, so nothing is delivered into an unfinished building.

  • The studio reviews the finished interior room by room against the approved design. Any defects are identified and resolved, quality checks are completed and every room is styled, so you receive a finished home that is ready to live in from the day of handover.
